Inspiration: 

Inspired by a photo by Igor Vetushko (via Depositphoto). A girl with a balloon that reminded me very much of… indeed, Pennywise, the clown from Stephen King's story "It."

I had to do something with this. I used (misused?) the photographer's name for the main character. The girl's name was also obvious: the Latin version of Pennywise.
